Job Duties

- support employees in developing a shared vision of goals

- ensure safety and sanitation protocols are followed
- identify and meet client needs and communicate operational progress
- maximize profits and oversee budget including food, beverages, and staffing expenses
- handle and accomplish profit and loss statements
- fulfill food and labor metrics by overseeing resources
- develop and support labor and food programs
- increase value through efficient operations and cost control
- uphold operational excellence fundamentals to achieve optimal performance
- administer operations related to product creation and provisioning
- preserve a safe environment for patrons and staff
- adhere to policies and regulations especially regarding safety and health
- set up and manage procedures for food procurement, preparation, and presentation
- establish operational estimations and clarify inconsistencies
- comply with sanitation and safety regulations
- direct and manage personnel in production, sales, quality control, budget maintenance, and training
- acquire, develop, and retain front-line staff
- conduct scheduled inventory verifications and record maintenance
- interact with client administrators and manage relationships
- participate in sales processes and contract discussions
