  • bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • knowledge of financial supervision and budget administration
  • practical knowledge of service industry or hospitality domain

Job Duties

  • manage, train, and mentor teams to boost their performance

  • support employees in developing a shared vision of goals

  • ensure safety and sanitation protocols are followed
  • identify and meet client needs and communicate operational progress
  • maximize profits and oversee budget including food, beverages, and staffing expenses
  • handle and accomplish profit and loss statements
  • fulfill food and labor metrics by overseeing resources
  • develop and support labor and food programs
  • increase value through efficient operations and cost control
  • uphold operational excellence fundamentals to achieve optimal performance
  • administer operations related to product creation and provisioning
  • preserve a safe environment for patrons and staff
  • adhere to policies and regulations especially regarding safety and health
  • set up and manage procedures for food procurement, preparation, and presentation
  • establish operational estimations and clarify inconsistencies
  • comply with sanitation and safety regulations
  • direct and manage personnel in production, sales, quality control, budget maintenance, and training
  • acquire, develop, and retain front-line staff
  • conduct scheduled inventory verifications and record maintenance
  • interact with client administrators and manage relationships
  • participate in sales processes and contract discussions
