Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- prior experience in student nutrition in a K-12 setting preferred
- documented experience in supervising and guiding other managers
- bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- knowledgeable in financial supervision, budget administration, and executing sales plans
- practical knowledge in service industry, contract services, or hospitality domain

- administer product creation, dissemination, and provisioning operations

- set up and manage frameworks and procedures for food procurement, reception, storage, preparation, and presentation
- establish operational estimations and clarify inconsistencies
- comply with regulations pertaining to sanitation and safety measures
- direct and manage unit personnel in production, sales, quality control, budget maintenance, labor oversight, and instructional initiatives
- acquire, select, foster, and ensure the longevity of front-line staff
- conduct scheduled inventory verifications and record maintenance
- interact with client administrators and manage valuable relationships
