Job Duties
- Manage, train, and mentor teams to boost their performance
- Guarantee that the provision of food adheres to Aramark's Executional Framework
- Support employees in developing a shared vision of goals and approaches for execution
- Acknowledge and reward employees who demonstrate exceptional performance
- Guarantee that safety and sanitation protocols are followed in every task
- Identify and meet client needs while communicating the progress of operations
- Incorporate Aramark's methods and frameworks into business practices
- Maximize profits and oversee the budget including expenses for food, beverages, and staffing
- Handle and accomplish P&L statements
- Fulfill food and labor metrics by managing resources effectively
- Develop and support Aramark's labor and food programs
- Increase value through efficient operations and cost control
- Uphold Operational Excellence fundamentals related to food and labor
- Administer operations linked to production, sales, quality control, budget maintenance, and instructional initiatives
- Preserve a secure and well-being-enhancing atmosphere for patrons, staff, and clientele
- Adhere to policies, rules, and regulations, especially safety, health, and wage provisions
- Set up and manage frameworks and procedures for food procurement, storage, preparation, and presentation
- Focus on menu innovation and improvement
- Establish operational estimations and clarify inconsistencies
- Comply with sanitation and safety regulations
- Direct unit personnel in supervision of production, sales, quality control, budget, labor, and training
- Acquire, select, foster, and ensure longevity of front-line staff
- Conduct scheduled inventory verifications and record maintenance
- Interact with client administrators and manage valuable relationships
- Join in sales processes and contract discussions
