Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service experience preferred
- ability to work 40 hours per week
- proficiency in handling cash and financial transactions
- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- capability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds
- willingness to complete regulatory tutorials
- commitment to meeting attendance guidelines

Job Duties
- Deliver 5 points of service to external customers
- adhere to QIS standards minimum 95%
- contribute to team success through clear communication
- make outbound service or sales calls
- resolve customer problems and answer inquiries
- meet monthly sales goal of $110/FTE
- assist with internal sales activities and product referrals
