Job Requirements
- At least one year of housekeeping experience
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 11am to 7:30pm
- Ability to perform detailed terminal cleaning
- Knowledge of disinfectant use and cleaning protocols
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of housekeeping experience
- Ability to follow established cleaning procedures
- Knowledge of hospital sanitation standards
- Ability to perform terminal cleaning in surgical environments
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 11am to 7:30pm
Job Duties
- Perform environmental service duties according to established procedures
- Maintain the hospital in a neat, orderly, and sanitary condition
- Perform standard terminal cleaning of the surgery department after surgeries
- Ensure all operating room suites are completely cleaned and freed of biological matter and refuse
- Thoroughly wipe down surgical equipment and devices with disinfectants
- Mop floors using clean mop heads and disinfectant solution
- Clean and disinfect sterile processing and decontamination areas
