Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous hospital or surgical support experience preferred
  • ability to lift, move, and transport patients and equipment safely
  • strong attention to detail
  • reliability
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • basic life support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of hire

Job Duties

  • prepare and clean operating rooms before and after surgical procedures
  • transport patients safely to and from the operating room as directed
  • assist with moving and positioning patients as needed under the supervision of clinical staff
  • deliver and stock sterile instruments, equipment, and supplies to ensure readiness for upcoming procedures
  • maintain infection control standards and adhere to hospital safety protocols
  • collaborate closely with surgical and nursing staff to support smooth workflow and timely procedures
