Job Duties
- Manage profit and loss
- oversee financial tasks such as cash reporting, labor, food expenses, repairs, and maintenance
- attract and retain talent through hiring decisions, growth and development plans, and performance assessments
- work with managers and the market leader to execute operational plans
- monitor restaurant performance and processes using reporting tools, customer metrics, and labor metrics
- maintain restaurant safety protocols and promote food safety policies, procedures, tools, and systems
- build relationships with customers and resolve customer complaints
- implement adoption of change initiatives including new products, systems, company campaigns, and strategies
