Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant management or leadership role
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • protects and promotes the Whataburger brand at all times
  • consistently completes operational checklists and safety audits
  • conducts recruitment, interviews, and orientation for new staff
  • leads training and certification programs for team members
  • manages performance reviews and disciplinary actions
  • oversees scheduling and shift management based on sales forecasts
  • ensures compliance with cash handling and food safety procedures
  • monitors quality of food production and customer service
  • conducts inventory, order supplies, and manages budgets
  • leads customer feedback initiatives and implements improvements
  • organizes maintenance and equipment servicing
  • fosters effective communication with area and senior management
