Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior leadership experience in hospitality or retail preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
  • Ability to handle fast-paced, high-stress environments
  • Commitment to maintaining food safety and quality standards
  • Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic

Job Duties

  • Inspire and direct crew and other managers, lead by example
  • Manage daily operations including inventory, orders, waste control, and sales targets
  • Ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service to meet QSC standards
  • Schedule and train new team members, foster a positive, high-performance environment
  • Oversee food safety, cleanliness, and restaurant security
  • Cover varied shifts including mornings, nights, and weekends to ensure full operational coverage
  • Drive team development and customer satisfaction through effective leadership
