Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Inspire and direct crew and other managers, lead by example
- Manage daily operations including inventory, orders, waste control, and sales targets
- Ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service to meet QSC standards
- Schedule and train new team members, foster a positive, high-performance environment
- Oversee food safety, cleanliness, and restaurant security
- Cover varied shifts including mornings, nights, and weekends to ensure full operational coverage
- Drive team development and customer satisfaction through effective leadership
