Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • One to two years of previous quick service restaurant experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed

  • Two years of college preferred
  • One to two years of previous quick service restaurant experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed

Job Duties

  • Follow all cash control and security procedures including safe counting and managing cash drawers
  • Maintain inventory by performing daily and weekly inventory inspections
  • Receive inventory truck orders efficiently
  • Motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast, and friendly service in clean surroundings
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to increase the restaurant team's capabilities and improve performance
  • Set an example for team members by actively implementing shift plans and driving operational results
  • Direct efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products ensuring prompt delivery within established speed of service guidelines
  • Motivate team members during the shift on each of the workstations
  • Review restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement
  • Ensure the restaurant upholds operational and brand standards
