Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- One to two years of previous quick service restaurant experience
- Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed

Job Duties
- Follow all cash control and security procedures including safe counting and managing cash drawers
- Maintain inventory by performing daily and weekly inventory inspections
- Receive inventory truck orders efficiently
- Motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast, and friendly service in clean surroundings
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to increase the restaurant team's capabilities and improve performance
- Set an example for team members by actively implementing shift plans and driving operational results
- Direct efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products ensuring prompt delivery within established speed of service guidelines
- Motivate team members during the shift on each of the workstations
- Review restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement
- Ensure the restaurant upholds operational and brand standards
