Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capacity for light lifting up to 50 lbs
- reliable and responsible for opening the facility
- early morning availability
- good verbal communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- basic computer skills
- ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone
- multitasking and problem-solving skills
- self-starter with the ability to work independently
- social and enthusiastic personality
- fitness and health-minded attitude
- previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus
Job Duties
- greet members with enthusiasm and positivity
- facilitate membership sign-ups efficiently
- answer phones and provide information
- maintain cleanliness of the facility
- open the business daily by preparing the facility, including turning on lights and TVs, unlocking doors, and preparing coffee
- deliver exceptional hospitality and build meaningful relationships with members
- perform light lifting and stand for prolonged periods
