Job Description
This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise restaurant, not directly affiliated with McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald's logos and food products to operate the restaurant but functions as a separate entity and employer. Employment decisions, including hiring, firing, scheduling, and supervision, are the sole responsibility of this franchisee. If hired, you will be employed by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA, and all employment matters will be handled exclusively by the franchisee.
