Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work opening shifts starting between 3 a.m. and 5 a.m.
- Willingness to follow company and brand standards
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Friendly and team-oriented attitude
- Availability for part-time or full-time work
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and follow company procedures
- Ability to work early morning shifts
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- Prepare and serve food and beverages
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Follow Dunkin’ brand standards and safety guidelines
- Work opening shifts including early mornings
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
