Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- willingness to work early morning shifts
- ability to follow company and brand standards
- friendly and team-oriented attitude
- ability to work under pressure
- willingness to prepare baked goods as needed
- legal eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous baking or food preparation experience is a plus
- ability to work early morning shifts
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- customer service experience preferred
- knowledge of food safety standards beneficial
Job Duties
- Prepare baked goods in accordance with company standards
- work opening shifts starting between 3 AM to 5 AM
- maintain a clean and organized work environment
- adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- provide excellent guest service as part of a team
- follow company and Dunkin' brand guidelines
- assist with inventory management related to bakery supplies
