Job Requirements

Must be available to arrive during the 3 AM-4:30 AM time period
must be at least 16 years of age
standing on feet for extended periods
repetitive motion including bending, stooping, and reaching
lifting objects including boxes, ice, and product up to 20lbs
working in a small space
must have reliable transportation
flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

At least 16 years of age
strong communication skills
ability to work early morning shifts
familiarity with food safety standards is a plus
customer service experience is beneficial
ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
basic math skills for handling payments

Job Duties

Follow brand standards, recipes, and systems
follow food safety standards
arrive during the hours of 3 AM-4:30 AM to assist in restaurant setup procedures
prepare food and beverages
prepare the business for opening each morning including brewing beverages, setting up equipment, and verifying cash registers
bake bagels
finish donuts by filling and frosting for display
assemble and package orders
understand the restaurant menu including limited-time offers and promotions and answer guest questions
maintain a clean and organized workstation
clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas
stock items such as cups and lids at the workstation
take orders at the drive-thru or front counter and handle payments
meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests
serve and communicate with guests
maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas
