Job Requirements
- Must be available to arrive during the 3 AM-4:30 AM time period
- must be at least 16 years of age
- standing on feet for extended periods
- repetitive motion including bending, stooping, and reaching
- lifting objects including boxes, ice, and product up to 20lbs
- working in a small space
- must have reliable transportation
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- strong communication skills
- ability to work early morning shifts
- familiarity with food safety standards is a plus
- customer service experience is beneficial
- ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- basic math skills for handling payments
Job Duties
- Follow brand standards, recipes, and systems
- follow food safety standards
- arrive during the hours of 3 AM-4:30 AM to assist in restaurant setup procedures
- prepare food and beverages
- prepare the business for opening each morning including brewing beverages, setting up equipment, and verifying cash registers
- bake bagels
- finish donuts by filling and frosting for display
- assemble and package orders
- understand the restaurant menu including limited-time offers and promotions and answer guest questions
- maintain a clean and organized workstation
- clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas
- stock items such as cups and lids at the workstation
- take orders at the drive-thru or front counter and handle payments
- meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests
- serve and communicate with guests
- maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
- communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
- organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas
