Job Requirements
- No education required
- able to work flexible schedules including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- capable of performing physical tasks involved in bakery production and customer service
- must comply with all safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
- able to resolve guest issues quickly and with urgency
Job Qualifications
- Fluent in English
- capable of counting money and making change
- able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
Job Duties
- Produce bakery products and finish donuts
- greet and serve guests while providing excellent customer service
- anticipate and understand guest needs and strive to exceed expectations
- operate coffee, sandwich, and other equipment
- handle POS transactions including entering orders and collecting payments accurately
- maintain clean workstations and guest areas
- follow direction and work respectfully with others
