Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years old
able to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping
good communication skills
ability to handle a fast-paced environment
willingness to work full-time or part-time
previous experience is a plus but not mandatory
legally authorized to work in the country

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
basic computer skills for reservation management
strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties

greet customers at the front desk and manage check-ins and check-outs
take and process food and beverage orders efficiently
maintain cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas
respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
manage reservations and coordinate with other departments
ensure compliance with health and safety standards
provide exceptional customer service throughout all interactions
