Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a fast-food or restaurant setting
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills
- Food handler's certification preferred

Job Duties
- Supervise and coach crew members in delivering Wendy's 5 Key Drivers
- Manage team's opening and closing responsibilities and procedures
- Ensure timely completion of opening and closing tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety compliance
- Oversee line prep set-up and maintenance
- Create and maintain a productive, clean, safety-conscious, and friendly work environment
- Mentor and develop crew members and team trainers
- Partner with restaurant management to optimize efficiencies and maximize sales and profitability
