Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in a fast-food or restaurant setting
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Basic computer skills
  • Food handler's certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Supervise and coach crew members in delivering Wendy's 5 Key Drivers
  • Manage team's opening and closing responsibilities and procedures
  • Ensure timely completion of opening and closing tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety compliance
  • Oversee line prep set-up and maintenance
  • Create and maintain a productive, clean, safety-conscious, and friendly work environment
  • Mentor and develop crew members and team trainers
  • Partner with restaurant management to optimize efficiencies and maximize sales and profitability
