Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 1 year experience in a leadership role in the restaurant or fast-food industry
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to motivate and lead a team

Job Duties

  • Supervise and coach crew members in delivering Wendy's 5 Key Drivers
  • manage team's opening and closing responsibilities and procedures
  • ensure compliance with timely open and closes
  • maintain cleanliness standards
  • enforce food safety protocols
  • oversee line prep set-up
  • mentor and develop crew members and team trainers
  • partner with restaurant management to optimize efficiencies and maximize sales and profitability
