Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or fast food environment
- ability to supervise and lead a team
- effective communication skills
- availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late evenings, weekends
- understanding of food safety and cleanliness standards
- physical ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Supervise and coach crew members in delivery of Wendy's 5 Key Drivers
- manage team opening and closing responsibilities and procedures
- ensure compliance with timely opening and closing
- maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- oversee line prep set-up
- mentor and develop crew members and Team Trainers
- partner with restaurant management to optimize efficiencies and maximize sales and profitability
