Job Requirements

- Ability to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends

Job Duties
- Supervise and coach crew members in delivering Wendy's 5 Key Drivers
- Manage team opening and closing responsibilities and procedures
- Ensure compliance with timely opens and closes
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Oversee line prep and set-up processes
- Mentor and develop crew members and team trainers
- Partner with restaurant management to optimize efficiencies and maximize sales and profitability
