- minimum of 1 year experience in food service or related industry
- strong leadership abilities
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- supervise and coach crew members in the delivery of Wendy's 5 Key Drivers
- manage team's opening and closing responsibilities and procedures
- ensure compliance with timely openings and closings
- maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- oversee line preparation and set-up
- mentor and develop crew members and team trainers
- collaborate with restaurant management to optimize efficiencies and maximize sales and profitability
