Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or fast food industry
- strong leadership and team management skills
- ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Supervise and coach crew members in delivery of Wendy's 5 Key Drivers
- manage team's opening and closing responsibilities and procedures
- ensure compliance with timely opening and closing
- maintain cleanliness standards
- enforce food safety regulations
- oversee line preparation and set-up
- mentor and develop crew members and team trainers
- collaborate with restaurant management to identify opportunities for optimizing efficiency and maximizing sales and profitability
