- able to perform physical tasks related to kitchen duties
- flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- willingness to adhere to company policies and standards
- ability to follow directions and work cooperatively with others
- must submit proof of employment authorization and identity
- commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Job Qualifications
- experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred
- knowledge of Italian cuisine is an advantage
- ability to work under pressure and in a team setting
- strong communication skills
- basic food safety and hygiene knowledge
- previous experience as a prep cook, line cook, or dishwasher
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- prepare ingredients and assist with preliminary food preparation
- cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- assist with inventory management and stock organization
- maintain food safety standards and comply with health regulations
- collaborate with other kitchen staff to facilitate service flow
- support overall kitchen operations efficiently
