Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of culinary experience, ideally in a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment
- Strong technical skills including fish butchery, sushi rice preparation, and sauce production
- Proficient in knife handling and equipment operation
- Ability to maintain organization and cleanliness in a fast-paced kitchen
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Legal work authorization in the United States

- Solid understanding of seasonal ingredients and food safety

- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
- Ability to follow recipes, manage prep lists, and uphold quality and consistency standards
- Legal work authorization in the United States
Job Duties
- Prepare and execute high-quality sushi, sashimi, and rolls following established recipes and presentation standards
- Demonstrate strong fish butchery skills and knowledge of sushi ingredients, preparation, and plating techniques
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area in compliance with food safety and hotel standards
- Operate and properly maintain all kitchen and sushi bar equipment, ensuring functionality and cleanliness
- Interact with guests in a professional and engaging manner when working in guest-facing settings such as sushi bars or activations
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to Four Seasons service standards
