- One year previous experience in a luxury food and beverage outlet
- Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- Ability to have strong communication skills between co-workers and guests

Job Duties
- Assist with guest service including retrieving food from the kitchen and safely delivering it to guests ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Break down, clean and set up tables, buffets, and food stations
- Assist in clearing, cleaning and setting up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner
- Stock linen, china, silver and glassware for service ensuring all are polished and in good condition
- Assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages
- Greet guests professionally, serve beverage and food items while explaining contents, and anticipate guest needs
- Prepare condiment and garnish items
