Job Duties
- Assist with guest service including retrieving food from the kitchen and delivering it accurately and promptly
- Break down, clean and set up tables, buffets, and food stations
- Assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver unobtrusively
- Stock linen, china, silver and glassware ensuring cleanliness and good condition
- Assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages
- Greet guests professionally, serve beverage and food items explaining the contents
- Prepare condiment and garnish items
