Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior maintenance or property management experience preferred
ability to perform light electrical and plumbing repairs
ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
effective interpersonal and communication skills
availability to live onsite and respond to overnight calls
physical capability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in maintenance or property management preferred
basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
ability to work independently and as part of a team
effective communication skills
customer service experience
physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
flexibility to live onsite and be available for overnight call shifts

Job Duties

Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
performing light electrical work such as changing outlets or wall switches
executing light plumbing tasks such as plunging toilets and unclogging sinks
maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and providing orders to management
prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens, trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs
knowing and following property emergency procedures and ensuring the security needs of the property and guests are met
assisting with checking in and checking out guests during after-hours while providing excellent customer service
regularly being on call overnight for afterhours guest needs
performing other duties as assigned
