Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hotel maintenance or custodial roles preferred
- Ability to perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to live onsite and work overnight shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to handle multiple responsibilities

- Basic knowledge of light electrical and plumbing work
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Physically capable of performing demanding tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work overnight shifts and live onsite
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- Shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- Performing light electrical work including changing outlets or wall switches
- Executing light plumbing tasks such as plunging toilets and unclogging sinks
- Conducting preventative maintenance programs
- Carrying out public space janitorial work and parking lot upkeep
- Performing trash cleanup, PTAC cleaning, drywall repair, painting, and caulking
- Maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- Providing orders to management
- Prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens, trash, and moving furniture
- Reviewing maintenance needs in rooms
- Knowing and following property emergency procedures
- Ensuring property and guest security needs are met
- Assisting with checking in and checking out guests during after-hours
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing guest needs or concerns
- Being regularly on call overnight for after-hours guest needs
- Performing other duties as assigned
