Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in property maintenance or hospitality roles
- ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing stairs and ladders, kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for extended periods
- ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- availability to live onsite and provide overnight on-call support
- flexible schedule to accommodate multiple duties
- adherence to safety and security policies

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hotel maintenance or a related hospitality role preferred
- strong multitasking and organizational skills
- basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
- good communication and customer service abilities
- ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- familiarity with preventative maintenance programs
- physical ability to perform stairs, ladders, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs
- willingness to live onsite and work flexible hours including overnight shifts
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- performing light electrical work, such as changing an outlet or wall switch
- handling light plumbing tasks, including plunging toilets and unclogging sinks
- carrying out public space janitorial work and parking lot upkeep
- performing trash cleanup and PTAC cleaning
- managing drywall repair, painting, and caulking
- maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and providing orders to management
- prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens, trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs
- knowing and following property emergency procedures and ensuring the security needs of the property and guests are met
- assisting with checking in and checking out guests during after-hours and addressing any guest needs or concerns
- regularly being on call overnight for after-hours guest needs
- performing other duties as assigned
