Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in property maintenance or hospitality preferred
- Ability to live onsite and be available for overnight calls
- Capability to handle physical labor including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to perform a variety of maintenance and cleaning tasks
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hotel maintenance or custodial roles preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability including overnight on-call shifts
Job Duties
- Managing work orders and preventive maintenance tasks
- Cleaning public areas and prepping rooms for housekeeping
- Assisting with laundry duties and minor maintenance repairs
- Maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- Following emergency procedures and ensuring property security
- Assisting guests during after-hours check-in and check-out
- Being on call overnight for after-hours guest needs
