Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in maintenance or hospitality preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including climbing stairs and ladders, kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for long periods
- ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- willingness to live onsite and be on call overnight
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize duties
- flexible schedule

- experience in maintenance or property management preferred
- basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
- ability to perform janitorial duties
- strong customer service skills
- ability to manage inventory
- knowledge of emergency procedures
- good organizational and time management skills
- ability to work flexible hours including overnight shifts
- ability to live onsite as required
Job Duties
- Managing work orders in a timely manner while adhering to a proper preventative maintenance schedule
- shampooing carpets and cleaning hard surface floors
- performing light electrical work such as changing outlets or wall switches
- conducting light plumbing tasks including plunging toilets, snaking toilets, and unclogging sinks
- executing preventative maintenance programs
- performing janitorial work in public spaces
- maintaining parking lot and trash cleanup
- cleaning PTAC units
- repairing drywall
- painting and caulking
- maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- providing orders to management
- prepping rooms for housekeepers including removing linens, trash, moving furniture, and reviewing maintenance needs
- knowing and following property emergency procedures
- ensuring the security needs of the property and guests are met
- assisting with checking in and checking out guests during after-hours
- providing excellent customer service and addressing guest needs or concerns
- being regularly on call overnight for after-hours guest needs
- performing other duties as assigned
