Job Qualifications

- prior experience in maintenance or hotel property management preferred
- knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repair work

- ability to operate maintenance equipment safely
Job Duties
- managing work orders and performing preventative maintenance
- shampooing carpets and cleaning floors
- performing light electrical and plumbing repairs
- prepping rooms for housekeeping and moving furniture
- maintaining and managing inventory of supplies and tools
- assisting with guest check-in and check-out during after-hours
- being on call overnight for afterhours guest needs
