Job Requirements

  • ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • flexible schedule to accommodate overnight on-call duties
  • ability to climb stairs and ladders repeatedly
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to live onsite
  • commitment to maintaining property security
  • willingness to comply with company policies

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in maintenance or hotel property management preferred
  • knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repair work
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • basic understanding of emergency procedures
  • ability to operate maintenance equipment safely

Job Duties

  • managing work orders and performing preventative maintenance
  • shampooing carpets and cleaning floors
  • performing light electrical and plumbing repairs
  • prepping rooms for housekeeping and moving furniture
  • maintaining and managing inventory of supplies and tools
  • assisting with guest check-in and check-out during after-hours
  • being on call overnight for afterhours guest needs
