Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in maintenance or custodial roles preferred
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- availability to live onsite and take overnight on-call shifts
- willingness to perform diverse physical tasks including climbing stairs and ladders
- strong communication skills
- ability to follow emergency procedures
- flexible schedule including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hotel maintenance or property attendant roles preferred
- knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing repairs
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and bending
- excellent customer service skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- basic knowledge of safety and emergency procedures
Job Duties
- managing work orders and performing preventative maintenance
- cleaning and maintaining public areas
- prepping rooms for housekeeping including linen removal and trash disposal
- assisting with laundry duties
- managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
- responding to emergency procedures and ensuring property security
- assisting with guest check-in and check-out during after-hours
- being on call overnight to address guest and property needs
- performing light electrical and plumbing repairs
- maintaining parking lot and exterior areas
- general janitorial work and upkeep
