Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in maintenance or custodial roles preferred
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • availability to live onsite and take overnight on-call shifts
  • willingness to perform diverse physical tasks including climbing stairs and ladders
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to follow emergency procedures
  • flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in hotel maintenance or property attendant roles preferred
  • knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing repairs
  • ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and bending
  • excellent customer service skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • basic knowledge of safety and emergency procedures

Job Duties

  • managing work orders and performing preventative maintenance
  • cleaning and maintaining public areas
  • prepping rooms for housekeeping including linen removal and trash disposal
  • assisting with laundry duties
  • managing inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
  • responding to emergency procedures and ensuring property security
  • assisting with guest check-in and check-out during after-hours
  • being on call overnight to address guest and property needs
  • performing light electrical and plumbing repairs
  • maintaining parking lot and exterior areas
  • general janitorial work and upkeep
