Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing stairs and ladders
- previous experience in maintenance or hospitality preferred
- flexibility to work overnight on-call shifts
- excellent communication skills
- customer service orientation
- ability to live onsite
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in maintenance or hospitality environment preferred
- basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- good problem-solving and time management abilities
Job Duties
- managing work orders and performing preventative maintenance
- cleaning public areas and performing janitorial duties
- prepping rooms for housekeeping including removing linens and trash
- assisting with laundry duties
- responding to after-hours guest needs and emergencies
- maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies and ordering as needed
- living onsite and being available for overnight on-call duties
