Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing stairs and ladders
  • previous experience in maintenance or hospitality preferred
  • flexibility to work overnight on-call shifts
  • excellent communication skills
  • customer service orientation
  • ability to live onsite

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in maintenance or hospitality environment preferred
  • basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
  • ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • good problem-solving and time management abilities

Job Duties

  • managing work orders and performing preventative maintenance
  • cleaning public areas and performing janitorial duties
  • prepping rooms for housekeeping including removing linens and trash
  • assisting with laundry duties
  • responding to after-hours guest needs and emergencies
  • maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies and ordering as needed
  • living onsite and being available for overnight on-call duties
