Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in general maintenance or hotel support preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing stairs
  • Willingness to live onsite and be available for overnight shifts
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to adhere to safety and emergency procedures
  • Flexibility to manage various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hotel maintenance or property attendant role preferred
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to live onsite and work overnight shifts

Job Duties

  • Managing work orders and performing preventative maintenance
  • Cleaning public areas and prepping rooms for housekeeping
  • Assisting with laundry duties
  • Maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies
  • Following property emergency procedures and security measures
  • Assisting with guest check-ins and check-outs after hours
  • Being on-call overnight for guest needs
