Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in general maintenance or hotel support preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing stairs
- Willingness to live onsite and be available for overnight shifts
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to adhere to safety and emergency procedures
- Flexibility to manage various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hotel maintenance or property attendant role preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to live onsite and work overnight shifts
Job Duties
- Managing work orders and performing preventative maintenance
- Cleaning public areas and prepping rooms for housekeeping
- Assisting with laundry duties
- Maintaining and managing inventory of maintenance supplies
- Following property emergency procedures and security measures
- Assisting with guest check-ins and check-outs after hours
- Being on-call overnight for guest needs
