Job Requirements
- Must live on-site at the property and qualify for an apartment under resident screening criteria
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to meet resident screening criteria

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or landscaping is a plus but not required
- Ability to meet company’s resident screening criteria to qualify for on-site housing
- Strong work ethic and great eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physical capability to perform tasks including walking and standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of the entire property by removing litter and debris daily
- Clean walkways and ensure dumpster areas are tidy
- Keep common areas such as lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, and pool areas clean and well-maintained
- Assist maintenance team with light-duty tasks including changing light bulbs, painting touch-ups, and changing locks
- Help prepare vacant units for new residents
- Distribute community notices to residents
- Provide a friendly and helpful presence on the property
