Job Requirements

  • Must live on-site at the property and qualify for an apartment under resident screening criteria
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Strong work ethic

  • Capability to work independently
  • Compliance with company policies and values

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or landscaping is a plus but not required
  • Ability to meet company’s resident screening criteria to qualify for on-site housing
  • Strong work ethic and great eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Physical capability to perform tasks including walking and standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness of the entire property by removing litter and debris daily
  • Clean walkways and ensure dumpster areas are tidy
  • Keep common areas such as lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, and pool areas clean and well-maintained
  • Assist maintenance team with light-duty tasks including changing light bulbs, painting touch-ups, and changing locks
  • Help prepare vacant units for new residents
  • Distribute community notices to residents
  • Provide a friendly and helpful presence on the property
