Job Requirements
- Must meet companys resident screening criteria to qualify for on-site housing
- must be able to perform physical tasks including walking and standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Previous experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or landscaping is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Maintain the cleanliness of the entire property by walking the grounds daily to remove litter and debris
- clean walkways and ensure dumpster areas are tidy
- ensure all common areas including lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, and pool areas are clean and well-maintained
- assist the maintenance team with light-duty tasks such as changing light bulbs, painting touch-ups, changing locks, and preparing vacant units
- distribute community notices to residents
- provide a friendly and helpful presence on the property
