Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of the entire property by walking grounds daily to remove litter and debris
- Clean walkways and ensure dumpster areas are tidy
- Keep all common areas including lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, and pool areas clean and well-maintained
- Assist maintenance team with light-duty tasks such as changing light bulbs, painting touch-ups, changing locks, and preparing vacant units
- Distribute community notices to residents
- Provide a friendly, helpful presence on the property
- Perform physical tasks including walking, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds
