Job Requirements
- perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending and twisting for long periods of time
- ability to lift, push, pull up to 20lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50lbs
- willingness to live onsite during shift
- availability to work evening and overnight shifts
- excellent customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- minimum of one year in customer service
- hotel operations experience preferred
- proficient computer skills

- proactive in solving problems
Job Duties
- conduct regular property inspections throughout the night
- assist with checking in and checking out guests after hours
- complete laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels
- perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing public areas
- ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and distributed
- perform room preparations for rooms not cleared by housekeeping
- follow property emergency procedures and ensure security needs are met
- be on call overnight for afterhours guest needs
- perform other duties as assigned
