Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience
- Prior hotel operations experience preferred
- Ability to perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for extended periods
- Physical strength to lift, push, and pull up to 20 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work evening shifts and remain on call overnight
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
- Strong communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year in customer service
- Hotel operations experience preferred
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive in solving problems
Job Duties
- Conduct regular physical property inspections to ensure safety and security
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out during after-hours providing excellent customer service
- Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels
- Perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing public areas
- Restock and distribute cleaning supplies across the property
- Prepare rooms when housekeeping is unable to clear them during the day shift
- Follow property emergency procedures and ensure security needs are met
- Remain on call overnight to address after-hours guest needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
