Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year customer service experience
  • Ability to work evening and overnight shifts
  • Capability to live onsite as required by the role
  • Ability to perform physical tasks involving kneeling squatting standing sitting bending and twisting for long periods
  • Ability to lift push and pull up to 20lbs regularly occasionally up to 50lbs
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be proactive and able to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year in customer service
  • Hotel operations experience preferred
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational time management and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive in solving problems

Job Duties

  • Conduct regular physical inspections of the property throughout the night ensuring safety and security
  • Assist with checking in and checking out guests during after-hours providing excellent customer service and addressing any guest needs or concerns
  • Complete all laundry responsibilities including washing drying folding and organizing linens and towels
  • Maintain a clean and organized laundry area
  • Perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming dusting and sanitizing public areas
  • Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and distributed across the property
  • Perform room preps for rooms not cleared by housekeeping during day shift
  • Know and follow property emergency procedures to ensure security needs of the property and guests are met
  • Regularly be on call overnight for afterhours guest needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned
