Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year customer service experience
- Ability to work evening and overnight shifts
- Capability to live onsite as required by the role
- Ability to perform physical tasks involving kneeling squatting standing sitting bending and twisting for long periods
- Ability to lift push and pull up to 20lbs regularly occasionally up to 50lbs
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be proactive and able to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year in customer service
- Hotel operations experience preferred
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational time management and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Conduct regular physical inspections of the property throughout the night ensuring safety and security
- Assist with checking in and checking out guests during after-hours providing excellent customer service and addressing any guest needs or concerns
- Complete all laundry responsibilities including washing drying folding and organizing linens and towels
- Maintain a clean and organized laundry area
- Perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming dusting and sanitizing public areas
- Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and distributed across the property
- Perform room preps for rooms not cleared by housekeeping during day shift
- Know and follow property emergency procedures to ensure security needs of the property and guests are met
- Regularly be on call overnight for afterhours guest needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
