Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year customer service experience
- Ability to perform physical tasks including kneeling squatting standing sitting bending and twisting for long periods
- Ability to lift push and pull up to 20lbs regularly occasionally up to 50lbs
- Must be available to live onsite and work overnight shifts
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year in customer service
- Hotel operations experience preferred
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational time management and problem-solving skills
- Proactive in solving problems
Job Duties
- Conduct regular physical inspections of the property throughout the night ensuring safety and security
- Assist with checking in and checking out guests during after-hours providing excellent customer service and addressing any guest needs or concerns
- Complete all laundry responsibilities including washing drying folding and organizing linens and towels
- Perform cleaning tasks as needed such as vacuuming dusting and sanitizing public areas ensuring cleaning supplies are stocked and distributed
- Perform room preps for rooms that housekeeping was unable to clear during day shift
- Know and follow property emergency procedures ensuring security needs of the property and guests are met
- Regularly be on call overnight for afterhours guest needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
