Job Requirements
- Current unrestricted independent licensure in a behavioral health field or medical field with psychiatric experience
- Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health field
- Certified in Mental Health First Aid
- CEAP required within 2 years of employment
- 3+ years post-license mental health experience preferred
- 3+ years experience working across organizational levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective conflict management and negotiation skills
- Ability to adapt to change and problem solve
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Ability to use multiple technology systems
- Bilingual in Spanish or Haitian Creole preferred
- Knowledge of managed care preferred

Job Duties
- Consult with managers regarding workplace issues including grief and loss, job appropriate behaviors, and terminal illness impacts
- Facilitate critical incident response arranging clinical services including onsite support
- Work closely with EAP providers to educate and monitor compliance
- Co-create and execute engagement campaigns in collaboration with Evernorth/Cigna
- Serve as primary point of contact for critical incidents and provide onsite, virtual, and in-person navigation to emotional well-being resources
- Provide psychological first aid, assessment, and intervention for crisis situations
- Ensure referrals to medical, pharmacy, or behavioral programs are made and followed up
- Identify and address social determinants of health needs such as food, housing, medication, and transportation
- Connect cast members with community resources
- Facilitate and lead manager and employee mental health trainings
- Provide on-call and onsite services as needed
- Collaborate with Disney HR, Employee Relations, Health Coaches, Case Managers, and other teams
- Attend all required trainings and comply with policies and SOPs
- Suggest and implement improvements to the Mental Health Concierge role
