Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in valet or parking operations preferred
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently

- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Supervise and support valet staff during all shifts
- Coordinate daily operations based on airport traffic and flight activity
- Ensure timely vehicle retrieval and safe parking procedures
- Monitor attendance, scheduling, and shift coverage
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve escalations
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with leadership regarding site performance
