Job Description

Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Ability to read, speak, and follow directions in English
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, move furniture, climb stairs and ladders, and bend frequently
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, or special assignments as needed
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to maintaining clean and safe spaces

Job Duties
- Cleaning, dusting, mopping, washing, and waxing floors
- Cleaning windows, fixtures, and furniture
- Shampooing, sweeping, or vacuuming floors
- Emptying wastebaskets and collecting and disposing of trash
- Cleaning and disinfecting kitchen and restroom areas
- Restocking paper and sanitation supplies as needed
- Performing minor repairs, including painting, plumbing, electrical, and furniture maintenance
- Cleaning equipment in mechanical rooms and maintaining organized workspaces
- Setting up rooms for programs, classes, and meetings
- Opening and closing the building, including securing offices and ensuring lights are off
- Assisting with emergency preparedness, including Cooling Center preparation
- Performing additional duties as assigned by the Director of Facilities and Operations
