- Experience in hospitality, fitness studios, front desk roles, event hosting, or customer-facing environments

Job Duties
- Greet candidates as they arrive onsite and provide a warm, professional welcome
- serve as the onsite point of contact for candidates throughout their visit
- coordinate closely with recruiters, interviewers, and office teams to ensure interviews stay on schedule
- maintain interview spaces (conference rooms, candidate waiting areas) so they are clean, prepared, and welcoming
- represent Illumio with confidence, professionalism, and warmth
- handle last-minute changes or candidate needs calmly and professionally
