Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in G-suite tools
  • Professional communication, teamwork and leadership skills
  • Ability to work with a flexible schedule that could include last minute changes
  • Ability to handle physical demands of the position including extensive standing and lifting
  • Dependable, flexible, self-directed
  • Ability to work with all levels of employees independently and in a team

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong preference for degree programs in hospitality or event management or equivalent experience
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in G-suite tools and ability to learn new technology quickly
  • Professional communication skills
  • Teamwork and leadership skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including last-minute changes
  • Ability to handle physical demands such as extensive standing and lifting
  • Dependable, flexible, self-directed and able to work independently and with teams

Job Duties

  • Manage all onsite logistics for assigned programs and events including transportation, registration, hospitality desk, catering, facilities, activities, technology and VIP handling
  • Provide guidance and consultative support to clients and guests
  • Conform to corporate, department and performance policies
  • Assist in problem solving and anticipate and resolve challenges onsite
  • Maintain proactive and positive communication with clients to ensure understanding and satisfaction
  • Ensure exceptional attendee and guest experiences through high-quality customer service
  • Regularly maintain and audit internal event spaces, identifying areas needing improvement and managing maintenance requests
  • Manage team resource documents and various projects as assigned by manager
