Job Requirements
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and stand for full shifts
- Ability to type and operate necessary equipment
- Ability to work in varying noise, temperature, and environmental conditions
- Reliable transportation for travel to multiple event locations
- Availability for nights and weekends
- Part-time, non-exempt employment status
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years of food experience (restaurant, hotel, catering, etc.)
- Exceptional organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a team
- Passion for good food and drink and providing Texas style hospitality
- Ability to integrate into the culture of Contigo Catering and represent the company professionally
Job Duties
- Set up and unload catering truck
- Organize and manage bar and beverage service
- Mix and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and mocktails according to recipes and guest preferences
- Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service compliant with TABC standards
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing bar throughout the event
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and collaborate with event staff for seamless guest experience
- Assist with general event setup and cleanup as needed
