Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales and/or marketing experience
  • Strong proficiency with software systems, including Microsoft Office
  • Experience with HubSpot preferred
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail, strong organization, and consistent follow-through
  • Comfort working independently in an unstructured environment
  • Customer-focused mindset and a personable, engaging style

Job Duties

  • Respond to all emails, voicemails, livechats, sales line calls, and online inquiries within one hour
  • Build rapport, establish trust, and set clear expectations with prospective buyers
  • Qualify leads based on needs, timelines, and interests
  • Provide consistent follow-up to nurture online prospects and set appointments with onsite New Home Specialists
  • Share community details, floorplans, marketing materials, and helpful resources
  • Use lead-management software (HubSpot experience a plus)
  • Create and deliver ongoing email campaigns
  • Track and report on lead activity, conversions, and sales metrics
  • Monitor website content to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Jump in with additional tasks as needed
